1. Data we do not collect
We collect no identity or payment data. Khoj Files has no accounts, no checkout and no wallet, so there is nowhere for your Aadhaar, PAN, bank statement, UPI ID or card number to go.
No one at Khoj Files asks for OTPs, UPI PINs or banking-app screenshots, on e-mail, Telegram, WhatsApp or the phone. A person doing that under our name is an impostor. Do not reply; report it through cybercrime.gov.in, or call 1930 if money has left your account.
The UPI PIN exists for paying out of your account; receiving money never calls for it.
2. Cookies and visit counts
We use cookies to count visits: which pages are opened, from which broad region, on which type of device and how long each visit lasts. The totals show which files people read and which ones need work. We look at them in aggregate and do not use them to follow one reader across the web.
The cookie banner asks first. You can refuse, or clear cookies later in your browser settings, and every file stays readable without them. Counts are kept only as long as we need to compare one period with another, then deleted or reduced to totals.
3. Server logs
Like any website, our server writes a short technical line for each request: IP address, time, the page asked for, browser type and the page you came from. They help us fix errors and notice attacks or dead links. Old lines are cleared regularly and are never matched against other data to identify a reader.
4. Messages to our desk address
A message sent to [email protected] gives us your e-mail address and whatever you wrote. We use it to reply about the file or figure you raised, then archive the thread. Your address goes on no newsletter, is never sold and is not shared with 4rabet or any other operator.
Please leave out passwords, ID documents and payment screenshots. We cannot act on a balance or withdrawal at any betting site, and we do not need those details to correct a file.
5. Links to 4rabet and other sites
Our buttons to 4rabet carry a marker so 4rabet can credit the visit to Khoj Files. After that, 4rabet's own data rules cover everything you enter there, including your mobile number, documents and payment details.
During our October 2026 visit, the 4rabet footer offered links titled "Personal Data" and Terms; a standalone page for privacy or cookies was not among them, and no cookie banner appeared. Read whatever data terms you can find there before registering. The same applies to any other site named in our files.
6. Your choices about your data
To see, fix or erase anything we hold about you, e-mail [email protected]. Since we run no accounts, the answer is usually an e-mail thread or a server log line, and we reply within a reasonable time. Each such request is handled under applicable data protection law. The site is meant for adults (18+), and we do not knowingly keep data on minors.
