Who we are
Khoj Files is a small editorial desk writing for readers in India, most of them on an Android phone, who type a brand name into search after seeing it in an ad, a Telegram post or a YouTube comment. Our work is to tell that reader what can be checked, what we checked and what nobody has shown.
We sign as the Khoj Files Desk. We publish no individual profiles or expert titles we cannot back with a record, the same standard we hold the brands to.
The tone is deliberate: dry and exact. A file says "on file" or "not on file". It does not say "scam" or "legit" without a document behind the word.
Why there is no file on Ashok Bansal
Ashok Bansal is a name people in India search next to Crore Bet, which is why it is in the domain. For us it is a brand name typed into search and nothing more. We did not test that brand, and we found no verifiable public record about it that we could rely on: no licence holder we could match, no register entry, no company record.
Without records we publish nothing about it: no biography, no owner, no net worth, no interview quotes, no claim that it pays or does not pay. Repeating chatter would turn us into one more source of the rumours a reader came here to check. We offer the method for checking any operator instead, plus a file on the one we did examine.
We have no agreement or contact with that brand, and nothing on the site is said on its behalf.
The 4rabet check: screens opened, actions skipped
One operator has been through our check: 4rabet. It took place in October 2026, on an iPhone using an Indian connection. Screens covered: the sign-up fields, both cashier tabs, the bonus Details, the Terms and Conditions, the gaming policy, both lobbies (casino and live dealer), the cricket and football lines and the help widget.
No money went in or out, no documents were sent and the chat got no questions. Payout windows, the 10 euros minimum withdrawal and the list of KYC documents come from 4rabet's terms, not from money that moved, and each file says so.
The source of every fact shows in the wording: "we opened the cashier and saw" for what was on our screen, "the site shows" for what was displayed but not used, "the T&C say" for rules we only read. Where a later search disagreed with what we saw, the file keeps what we saw.
Where the 5.8 comes from: five weighted criteria
The score is an average of five criteria in which some count more than others. Money in and out (30%) and the licence trail (26%) make up 56% together: they settle whether a deposit can come home and whether any authority answers for the site.
| Criterion | Weight | Score | Points |
|---|
| Licence & paper trail | 26% | 4.0 | 1.04 |
| Cashier: in and out | 30% | 7.0 | 2.10 |
| Welcome-pack rules | 20% | 5.0 | 1.00 |
| Lobby & sportsbook | 14% | 7.0 | 0.98 |
| Help & safety tools | 10% | 6.5 | 0.65 |
| Weighted result | 100% | | 5.77, rounded to 5.8 |
Licence sits at 4.0: the footer names Curaçao's Gaming Commission but prints neither number nor seal, the terms still hold the unfinished "#Casino Name" placeholder, and nothing in the Curaçao register let us tie a licence number to 4rabet. Money in and out earns 7.0 for four UPI-based deposit routes in rupees and a rulebook that charges nothing to withdraw, held back by payouts limited to IMPS and crypto. Bonus rules sit at 5.0 because the 700% pack counts only on seven crash games, at x20, within 7 days of each qualifying deposit. Support and safety tools lose points for the missing deposit limits and Indian helpline.
How Khoj Files is paid
Our revenue comes from 4rabet's affiliate programme: a reader who registers via one of our buttons can bring us a commission, at no cost to that reader. The amount has no link to the score, and the defects stay in the file whatever it brings in.
We take no money from the brand in our domain name, sell no betting IDs and run no Telegram or WhatsApp channel. Anyone offering one in our name is not us.
How we correct a file
When an operator changes a rule, or a reader shows us a figure that no longer matches, we reopen the source, correct the file and note the date of the change. If we cannot confirm a change, the old figure stays with a note that it may be out of date. We do not replace it with a guess.
